• Directly at the front desk: Welcoming, guiding, and carrying out procedures for patients coming to the clinic
• Online: Receiving incoming calls, answering questions, advising customers about services.
• Collection of services according to the Hospital’s pricing policy
• Receiving and processing letters and official documents: Ensure dispatches arrive and depart quickly, at the right destination or destination.
• Report weekly, monthly, quarterly
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the leader.

WORK REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualification requirements: High school graduate
